Otorhinolaryngology

Otorhinolaryngology –  is a field of medicine that studies diseases of the ear and upper respiratory tract.

The MedCenter conducts diagnosis and surgical treatment of various diseases of the mouth, throat, nasopharynx and larynx, ear and nose cavity by endoscopic method.

Diagnosis and surgical treatment is conducted using modern German equipment and instruments.

We offer less traumatic, bloodless and highly effective surgical treatments:

  • Throat-Ear-Nose surgeries;
  • Tonsillectomy,
  • Adenotomy,
  • Septoplasty,
  • Reduction of nasal passes,
  • Polypectomy,
  • Rhinofim ablation,
  • Correction of coenzyme Atresia,
  • Endoscopic, endonasal and extranasal microsurgery (rhinosinusitis (hemorrhoids, ethmoiditis, frontitis, sphenoiditis),
  • Laryngeal endolaryngeal microsurgery,
  • Middle ear shunting,
  • Aticoanthromastoidectomy,
  • Tympanoplasty,
  • Stapedotomy,
  • Plastic Surgery: Rhinoplasty, Otoplasty,
  • Uvulopalatopharyngeal plastic surgery.

Throat and nose surgery

  • Tonsillectomy – is conducted with traditional and modern methods. Tonsillectomy is performed quickly without any intraoperative complications and is practically bloodless.
  • Adenotomy – excision of the nasopharyngeal adenoids (“polyps”) is performed under general anesthesia.
  • Reduction of the nasal passages – Restoration by nasal breathing under the control of an endoscope is carried out painlessly and without blood for 5-10 minutes. No nasal tamponade is required in the postoperative period.
  • Rhinoplasty – correction of nasal deformity.
  • Septoplasty – Restoration of nasal congestion by correction of nasal septal curvature.
  • Septorhinoplasty – a complex correction of nasal septal curvature and nasal deformity.
  • Congenital or acquired atresia of the joints and nose-throat – the operation is performed bloodlessly.
  • Rhinosinusitis – (acute and chronic hemorrhoids, frontitis, ethmoiditis, sphenoiditis) Surgical treatment is performed with endonasal, endoscopic Messerklinger-stamberger-microsurgical method with minimal invasion.
  • Nasal polyposis – Endoscopic polypectomy reduces the risk of developing relapses.
  • Formations of the nasal cavity and nasal appendages – (mucosal, osteoma, cyst, papilloma, fibroma, etc.) Operations are performed by endonasal and extranasal methods.

Laryngeal surgery

  • Laryngeal polyp;
  • Laryngeal fibroma;
  • Laryngeal cyst;
  • Singer nodes.

Excision of these benign tumors of the larynx is performed by endolaryngeal (without external incision) microlaryngoscopic method with minimal trauma.
